Kelsie is a sucker for getting out into the small towns and her favorite countries are Italy and Greece! Her biggest passion in life is making travel accessible so all young women are able to get out and see the world. She’s been to 20 countries, but frequently repeats destinations to really experience the culture. She’s definitely addicted to chocolate, will coach you like a pageant mom when she takes your picture, and considers being curled up with a book by the water a perfect day… that or running off a mountain in Switzerland!

Bonnie is a 33-year old accountant with a bucket list a mile long! Growing up, family trips often included National Parks and exploring the US. She traveled internationally for the first time after she graduated college and has since been to almost 20 countries! She’s traveled solo to places like Mexico City, Hawaii and Europe, as well as joined multiple group trips over the years. Some of her favorite travel memories include trekking throughout the beautiful landscape of Patagonia and seeing the pyramids in Egypt on her birthday. When she’s not traveling the world, you’ll find her hiking, trying out new restaurants with friends, or planning a road trip in the Pacific Northwest. She’s so excited to help you discover new countries and capture memories that will last you a lifetime!

Grace is a 23-year old wedding videographer and people person – fueled by a deep curiosity for connection, culture, and the moments that make life meaningful. That curiosity has taken her across the world – from hiking the cliffs of Portugal, to riding camels in Morocco, to reuniting her great-grandmother’s family in Naples, Italy. Italy is her favorite country and she once lived across from the entrance of the Statue of David for four months! Outside of travel, you’ll find her reading in a coffee shop, thrifting for hidden gems, painting, hiking, or anything outdoors! Grace is always ready to explore somewhere new and loves creating space where other women feel confident doing the same.

Isabella has explored nearly 40 countries across 5 continents and even spent five months living on a ship with Semester at Sea, waking up in a new country every few days. After graduating from Ole Miss, she set out to keep chasing adventures from wandering colorful city streets to hiking trails off the beaten path. Spain is her favorite country, and speaking Spanish makes it even easier for her to order a million tapas for the table! When she’s home in Florida, you’ll usually find her at the beach with a book, hanging with her dog, or planning her next stylish getaway. Isabella is always ready for the next trip and loves bringing others along for the ride!

Booking Terms & Conditions
These Booking Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all trips organized by The Girls Trip Co. LLC, a State of Georgia registered business that These Booking Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”), are between The Girls Trip Co. LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company (“The Girls Trip Co.”), and the person making the booking (“you”).
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of others, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
1. Booking & Payments
Section 1.01 Booking. A booking is made effective with The Girls Trip Co. only upon receipt of both of the following:
(a) Your required deposit payment (“Deposit”), and
(b) The issuance of a confirmation email from the Girls Trip Co. (“Booking Confirmation”).
Section 1.02 General Payment Timeline. You shall make payments in accordance with the trip specific payment due dates that are listed on your trip’s page on our website and in your confirmation email (“Payment Plan”). The Payment Plan in your confirmation email supersedes the dates on the website in the case the website dates are changed to accommodate later sign-ons.
Section 1.03 Payment Method. Payment shall be made to the Girls Trip Co. in USD and you are responsible for any bank and transaction fees. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment must be made using one of the following options:
(a) Bank-to-bank payment through Zelle, or
(b) Credit or debit card payment through Stripe. Fees may apply.
Section 1.04 Late Payment Fees. The following fees or actions apply to late payments unless otherwise stated in your trip-specific terms:

Section 1.05 Failure to Make Payment. If you fail to make a payment within 9 calendar days of the due date listed in your Payment Plan, you forfeit your spot on your trip and any payments already made. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments in accordance with Section 2.02.
Section 1.06 Failure to Submit Your Flights or Alternate Transportation. If you fail to submit your arrival and departure travel arrangements within 15 calendar days of the due date listed in your Payment Plan, you may forfeit your spot on your trip and any payments already made. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments in accordance with Section 2.02.
Section 1.07 Late Bookings or Bookings that Claim a Newly Opened Spot.
(a) If you book after the standard sign up deadline that is listed on your trip’s webpage (“Standard Sign up Deadline”) and at least 45 days before your trip’s departure date, your payments will not be due under the Payment Plan. Instead, The Girls Trip Co. will send you a separate payment schedule via email.
(b) If you book within 45 days of your trip’s departure date, you shall pay the full cost of your trip at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations or Changes by You
Section 2.01 Notice of Cancellation. You shall submit notice of trip cancellations to The Girls Trip Co. in accordance with Section 11.03. Cancellations are effective at the time they are received by The Girls Trip Co.
Section 2.02 Cancellations by You.
(a) If you elect to cancel your spot on the trip before the Standard Sign-up Deadline, any payment made will be refundable and you will not be responsible for any future payments.
(b) If you elect to cancel your spot on the trip after the Standard Sign-up Deadline, any payments previously made will be fully nonrefundable.
Section 2.03 Refunds. No refunds will be made for unused services, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Section 2.04 No Assignability or Transfer. You shall not assign, transfer, or resell your spot on the trip to any other person.
3. Cancellations or Changes by Us
Section 3.01 Right to Modify or Cancel Trip. The Girls Trip Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel a trip due to low enrollment, safety concerns, force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, war, epidemic, government restriction) or any other circumstances beyond our control. The Girls Trip Co. may terminate your trip without any liability on The Girls Trip Co.’s part.
Section 3.02 Cancellations Based on Enrollment. If The Girls Trip Co. cancels the trip before departure due to low enrollment, you may choose from:
(a) A full refund, or
(b) A travel credit toward another future trip, or
(c) A transfer to another available trip date. If you choose this option (c), the price of your trip will be adjusted accordingly and communicated to you by The Girls Trip Co. via email.
Section 3.03 Other Cancellations by Us. If The Girls Trip Co. cancels your trip due to safety concerns, force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, war, epidemic, government restriction), or any other circumstances beyond our control, The Girls Trip Co. may issue a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs associated with third party providers for accommodations, activities, travel between activities, and other independent parties (“Third Party Suppliers”). You understand that The Girls Trip Co. enters into contracts with Third Party Suppliers that are nonrefundable.
Section 3.04 Itinerary Flexibility. Our trips are designed as niche group experiences for 20 to 35-year-olds as reflected in the pacing, accommodations, activities, and other aspects of the trips. The Girls Trip Co. strives to deliver the advertised itinerary but reserves the right to make any changes due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, weather conditions, political events, strikes, health or safety concerns, or decisions made by local operators.
Section 3.05 Alternatives. If the Girls Trip Co. makes changes in accordance with Section
5.04, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a comparable alternative or additional activity at no additional cost to you.
(a) Refunds. The Girls Trip Co. may issue a refund for the original listed activity if the activity service provider issues a refund to The Girls Trip Co. The Girls Trip Co. will not issue refunds based on your dissatisfaction with the alternative activity.
4. What’s Included & Not Included
Section 4.01 Services Included. The services included in your trip are listed in the trip description on our website and include lodging, listed activities, transportation between activities, group airport transfers during the trip, and listed meals.
Section 4.02 Services Not Included. The following are typically not included: outward and return flights to and from the destination, travel insurance, visas, passport fees, optional activities, meals not listed, and personal expenses.
5. Your Responsibilities
Section 5.01 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to The Girls Trip Co., including your name, birthdate, and passport number, is accurate and matches your travel documents. If you provide inaccurate information, The Girls Trip Co. may be required to rebook aspects of the trip under your correct information in order for you to participate. You will be liable for any additional costs of rebooking. In some cases, aspects may be sold out and The Girls Trip Co. will be unable to rebook under your correct information.
Section 5.02 Travel Documentation. Prior to departure, you shall obtain a valid passport (required soon after booking), a visa for your trip’s destination if needed, travel insurance if desired, and any required medical documentation.
Section 5.03 Medical Conditions. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect your participation in trip activities when initially booking your trip with The Girls Trip Co. Should you become aware of any medical conditions that may affect your trip after the initial booking, you agree to promptly notify The Girls Trip Co. in accordance with Section 11.03. You agree that The Girls Trip Co. will not be responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise, resulting from your failure to promptly notify The Girls Trip Co. about any medical condition that affects your participation in trip activities.
Section 5.04 Communications and Notice of Issues. You agree to review all communications from The Girls Trip Co. and promptly notify The Girls Trip Co. of any concerns, errors, or discrepancies. You further agree that if any issue, complaint, or concern arises before, during, or after your trip, you must notify The Girls Trip Co. in writing.
(a) Opportunity to Cure. The Girls Trip Co. shall have a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve any reported issues before you may pursue any claim, refund request, or any other action against The Girls Trip Co.
Section 5.05 Losses and Disruptions. The Girls Trip Co. shall not be held liable for any losses or disruptions to your trip if you fail to comply with any provision in this Article 5.
6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Section 6.01 Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge that participation in any trip, excursion, or related activity facilitated by The Girls Trip Co. could involve risk of physical injury, illness, death, or property loss, and despite safety precautions, The Girls Trip Co. cannot guarantee safety, as all risks cannot be prevented.
Section 6.02 Release and Waiver of Liability. You hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims against The Girls Trip Co., and its officers, directors, employees, and agents on account of injury, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to your participation on the trip, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of The Girls Trip Co. or otherwise. You covenant not to make or bring any such claim against The Girls Trip Co., and forever release and discharge The Girls Trip Co. from liability under such claims. This waiver and release does not extend to claims for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liabilities that Georgia law does not permit to be released by agreement. You acknowledge and agree that this Article 6 shall be in no way construed as an admission from The Girls Trip Co. that it has acted wrongfully with respect to you or any other person or that it admits responsibility or liability at any time for any purpose.
Section 6.03 Indemnification. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Girls Trip Co. against any and all losses, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, and judgments, including attorney fees, arising out of or relating to your participation in the trip, including any claim related to your own negligence or the ordinary negligence of The Girls Trip Co.
Section 6.04 No Liability for Third Party Suppliers. The Girls Trip Co. makes arrangements with Third Party Suppliers. However, The Girls Trip Co. does not supervise Third Party Suppliers and is therefore not responsible for their acts or omissions. The Girls Trip Co. is not liable and will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses resulting from the act or omission of any Third Party Suppliers.
7. Travel Insurance
Section 7.01 Travel Insurance. You are not required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, loss of a family member, and baggage loss, but travel insurance is highly recommended.
Section 7.02 Trips with Partner Agencies. The Girls Trip Co. may partner with an outside travel agency (“Partner Agency”) to provide trips. If your trip is booked with The Girls Trip Co. and a Partner Agency that requires travel insurance, you must ensure that you obtain travel insurance sufficient to meet the requirements of the Partner Agency.
Section 7.03 Policy Accuracy and Adequacy. If you elect to obtain travel insurance, you are solely responsible for the adequacy and accuracy of your policy. The Girls Trip Co. shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses that may arise from, relate to, or be insufficiently covered by your travel insurance policy.
8. Traveler Conduct
Section 8.01 Traveler Conduct. You agree as follows:
(a) You will maintain a respectful and inclusive attitude toward your fellow travelers, trip leaders (“Ambassador”), and local communities throughout the trip. To help create a welcoming environment for everyone, you are asked to be mindful when discussing sensitive subjects such as politics, religion, or personal beliefs.
(b) For the safety, privacy, and security of all trip participants, you agree that you will not bring any third parties back to the group’s place of accommodation, and you will not share any information with any third parties about the group’s accommodation details or travel itinerary.
(c) You will comply with all accommodation policies, including refraining from smoking/vaping inside any place of accommodation.
Section 8.02 Removal from Your Trip. The Girls Trip Co. may, in its sole discretion, remove you from your trip at any time if you breach any part of Section 8.01 or if your behavior becomes disruptive, unsafe, or discriminatory in any way, including, but not limited to, acting under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a way that jeopardizes the safety of the group.
Section 8.03 Refunds. If you are removed from your trip in accordance with Section 8.02, you understand and acknowledge that The Girls Trip Co. will not provide a refund and no compensation shall be given in such cases.
Section 8.04 Arrangements after Removal. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for arranging your own accommodations and travel after you are removed from your trip and may not use or participate in any accommodations, activities, or transportation booked by The Girls Trip Co.
9. Use of Photos & Media
Section 9.01 Photo and Video Consent. You grant and authorize The Girls Trip Co., acting through its agents, employees, contractors, or representatives, the right to take photos and videos of you, including your name, likeness, performance, and voice (“Media”) during your trip.
Section 9.02 Use of Photos and Media. You grant The Girls Trip Co. and its affiliates permission to use the Media for any purpose, including but not limited to, marketing, advertising, publicity, or other promotional purposes.
10. Privacy
Section 10.01 Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. The Girls Trip Co. may collect, use, and disclose your personal information solely for the purposes of offering or booking travel services on your behalf. The Girls Trip Co. will not sell your information.
11. General Provisions
Section 11.01 Governing Law. The laws of Georgia (without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles) govern all matters arising under and relating to these Terms, including torts.
Section 11.02 Arbitration Agreement. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be determined by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures. The award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered and enforced in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of both parties, unless to protect or pursue a legal right.
Section 11.03 Notice. All notices to The Girls Trip Co. must be made in writing and delivered by email to travel@thegirlstripco.com.
Section 11.04 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force, if the essential provisions of these Terms for each party remain legal and enforceable.
Section 11.05 No Waiver. Any waiver by The Girls Trip Co. of any provision of these Terms shall not operate as or be construed to be a waiver of any other breach of such provision or of any other provision of these Terms. The failure of The Girls Trip Co. to insist on strict adherence to any provision of these Terms on one or more occasions shall not be considered a waiver or deprive The Girls Trip Co. of the right to later insist upon strict adherence to that provision or any other provision of these Terms.
Section 11.06 Additional Terms. Any special conditions or trip-specific policies provided by The Girls Trip Co. and Third Party Suppliers form part of this contract and may override these general Terms.
12. Acceptance
By paying your deposit or any portion of the trip cost, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
